How we work together
No fixed price list, because no two projects are alike. What we do have: three ways this usually runs, and a planner that shows what a given budget actually buys.
These figures show typical scope, not results. What a campaign returns depends on the industry, the product and the market — we'll see that together at the end of the first month, not before it.
Fixed scope delivery
You've won the work, scoped it, and need it built. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date. We deliver, you ship it under your name.
Ongoing operation after handover. If you want us to keep running it, that's Model 03.
Retained capacity
A set number of hours each month, reserved for you. Use them for whatever comes up — features, fixes, audits, or the emergency that always arrives on a Friday.
Guaranteed availability outside agreed hours. Genuine 24/7 cover is a separate arrangement.
Build and operate
When you don't want to coordinate suppliers. One accountable partner, everything in place — and we tell you when something breaks, rather than you noticing.
Custom internal systems (ERP, CRM) — those are separate projects with separate pricing. Connecting to them we handle.
Pulse
For a site that already works, where you just want to know it's fine. Monthly monitoring and a letter about what changed.
Website development. Pulse watches and reports — a fix is a separate instruction, or comes out of the monthly hours.
HOW WE WORK
What you can expect
We don't publish percentage guarantees, because they either can't be kept or they belong in the contract. Instead, here's how we actually operate.
Infrastructure
We deploy on Vercel, which provides global CDN and automatic scaling. Availability is covered by the provider's own guarantee — that's theirs to make, not ours.
Incident handling
Monitoring runs on the systems we operate. For critical failures we respond within hours on working days — the specific response time belongs in the operating agreement, not on a marketing page.
Data protection
Privacy notice, cookie handling, data processing agreement — part of the project, not an afterthought. Compliance is ongoing work, so we maintain it.
Transparency
Weekly or fortnightly written reporting on what happened and what's next. If something slips, you hear it in advance — not on the deadline.
FAQ
Questions we actually get asked
How is the final price set?+−
After scoping. We discuss what you need, review the existing systems, then give a fixed price and date — not a range. If scoping shows you need something different from what you asked for, we say so.
Is there a minimum commitment?+−
No. Project work runs per project; retainers are monthly and cancellable on the notice period in the agreement.
Can you work white-label?+−
Yes, and most of our agency work is. Your client relationship stays yours. If you'd rather name us, that's fine too.
What if the client needs something you haven't listed?+−
Ask. If we can't do it well, we'll say so — and often we can point you to someone who can.
Who owns the code?+−
Your client, or you, depending on your arrangement. IP assignment is in the contract from the start. Nothing is locked to us.
